Building 3 is a new four-story building with 97 residential units and an 12,014 square foot ground floor clubhouse and amenity space. The residential units will contain 20 one-bedroom, 44 one-bedroom with dens, and 33 two-bedroom units. The building contains 123 underground parking spaces and 15 tuck-under parking.
